These documents can be found to the right of this page, along with the Summer 2015 Schedule. Green Park, The Hill, and Waterloo Meadows are all available Holiday Playclubs to book for this period. Cheques will need to be referenced on the booking form as these will need to be sent in the post.

The Registration Form can now be completed and sent back to us as a word document. This can only be done during the pre-booking period, any registrations completed when the Holiday Playclubs are open have to be handed in person to the relevant site leader. I am happy to send out hard copies of the Registration Forms and Booking Forms on request.

The pre-booking closing date is Tuesday 21st July so please ensure we receive your booking form and payment by this date to avoid disappointment. If you do not receive written confirmation within seven days of sending your booking, please contact us to ensure your booking has been received and processed. For further details on how to book, please see the "How to Book on Our Holiday Playclubs" page on our website.

RELOCATION OF HIGHDOWN HOLIDAY PLAYCLUB TO THE HILL PRIMARY SCHOOL

We are delighted to announce that we will be moving our holiday club provision Highdown Holiday Playclub to The Hill Primary School (The Hill Primary School, Peppard Road, Reading, RG4 8TU) with immediate effect. The Hill Holiday Playclub will be open from this summer onwards and Highdown will no longer be available as a Holiday Playclub option.

This decision was made as we aim to widen the opportunities for play within our North Reading setting. The Hill Primary School offered us the chance of relocating, and as part of the relocation we would have access to a range of facilities that we currently do not have access to. These facilities include the following:

  • Two halls with breakout area
  • Full access to the field for outdoor play
  • Activity play areas
  • Nature zone

If you are already registered with Highdown you will automatically be registered to The Hill Holiday Playclub, please inform us if you wish to change your registered Holiday Playclub. If you wish to pay by childcare vouchers for sessions at The Hill, please continue to pay using Highdown’s account details whilst we register The Hill with Ofsted.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Highdown School for accommodating us for the past 5 years.

If you have any questions regarding the move to The Hill, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
